    We are excited to announce that we are getting close to opening the doors of our new state-of-the-art facility, SwanCare Ningana, at the end of March!

     

    We are seeking an experienced, vibrant and customer service focused Receptionist / Admin Assistant to be the welcoming face of the facility and play a key role in supporting the Manager Care Services on a full-time basis. If this position this sparks your interest and you'd like to learn more about this integral role, please view our Job Description here.

    Who are we looking for?

    To thrive in this role, you'll be warm, welcoming and genuinely passionate about providing an extraordinary customer experience. Your radiant personality will leave a positive impression on all who walk through SwanCare Ningana's doors.

     

    You'll also have: 

    • Minimum 3 years' experience in a reception/administration position.
    • Experience in a front facing reception/admin role within a fast paced, dynamic environment (preferably in aged care).
    • A strong focus on customer service with an exceptional track record of customer satisfaction.
    • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
    • Ability to multi-task and achieve set outcomes in a timely manner.
    • Experience in undertaking a full range of administrative duties.
    • Knowledge of rostering practices and systems (desired).
    • Ability to problem solve efficiently and effectively.
    • Highly developed computer literacy skills with the ability to competently use Microsoft suite of products.
    • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
    • Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation standards (desired).
    • Demonstrated knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health safe practices and regulations.
    • Unlimited working rights within Australia.
    • National Police Clearance less than 6 months old.
