    SwanCare's new 124 room aged care facility, opening early 2020!

     

     

    SwanCare is expanding and we are currently building a new care facility 'SwanCare Ningana' on our Bentley Park site. We are currently welcoming expressions of interest from dedicated and skilled people who would like to join the SwanCare team and improve lives for a living!

     

    Some of the roles we are seeking expressions of interest for are below:

    • Clinical Coordinator
    • Registered Nurses
    • Enrolled Nurses
    • Assistants in Nursing
    • Care Facility Manager
    • Food Service Attendants 
    • Laundry Assistants
    • Housekeeping Attendants
    • Receptionist
    • Roster Coordinator
    • Maintenance Officer

    Who are we looking for?

    To thrive at SwanCare Ningana, you'll be truly dedicated to your field of expertise, providing support to your colleagues and providing exceptional service to our residents. You'll have a strong work ethic, high integrity and that natural ability to deal with all kinds of people and challenges with professionalism, compassion and warmth.

    You'll also have:

    • Minimum of 12 months' experience in your field of expertise
    • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills 
    • Advanced computer literacy skills
    • Excellent time management, attention to detail and organisational skills
    • A professional and responsible approach to work
    • The ability to work unsupervised as well as part of a team
    • Working rights within Australia
    • National Police Clearance less than 6 months old

     You'll also be enthusiastic about developing yourself and adapting your approach to deliver the best outcomes for our residents.
