    Who are we looking for?

    To thrive at SwanCare, you'll be truly dedicated to your field of expertise, providing support to your departments business function and beyond. You'll have a strong work ethic, high integrity and that natural ability to deal with all kinds of people and challenges with professionalism, compassion and warmth.

    You'll also have:

    • Minimum of 12 months' experience in an administrative function
    • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills 
    • Advanced computer literacy skills
    • Excellent time management, attention to detail and organisational skills
    • A professional and responsible approach to work
    • The ability to work unsupervised as well as part of a team
    • Working rights within Australia
    • National Police Clearance less than 6 months old

     You'll also be enthusiastic about developing yourself and adapting your approach to deliver the best outcomes for our residents.
